Orders from SOLVERO PEPTIDES are delivered within Poland via InPost — to parcel lockers or by courier.
Fast dispatch from Monday to Thursday
We prepare and dispatch orders on an ongoing basis from Monday to Thursday, excluding public holidays. We do not dispatch parcels on Fridays, weekends or public holidays.
Orders are processed once payment has been received. Orders that cannot be dispatched on the same day will be processed on the next dispatch day. This also applies to orders placed outside our dispatch days.
These days refer to dispatch, not delivery. Delivery times depend on the carrier. Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Free delivery is available for orders totalling at least PLN 450, paid in advance. This applies to both InPost parcel locker and InPost courier delivery. An order totalling exactly PLN 450 qualifies for free delivery.
The delivery prices shown include any applicable taxes.
Payment methods
Bank transfer to the store’s bank account.
Please include your order number in the payment reference. Use the payment details provided when placing your order. We dispatch your order once payment has been received.
Packaging and storage
Products are securely packed for transport. Upon receiving your parcel, check its contents and store the products according to the information on the label and in the product description.
Damaged parcel
If your parcel or its contents arrive damaged, contact us at contact@solvero.one. If possible, include your order number and photographs of the packaging and product.
A damage report may help resolve the matter with the carrier, but the absence of a report does not affect your right to make a complaint.
Returns and complaints
To discuss a return, email contact@solvero.one. We will send you a form and instructions for returning the product, including the return address.
Using our form is optional. You may submit your notice of withdrawal from the contract directly in your email. You do not need to wait for the form or our approval to exercise your right of withdrawal.
